3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is offered as a convenience option for eligible customers across UAE.
COD Conditions:

COD confirmation calls or messages may be required before dispatch
COD Restrictions:

COD Refusal & Failed Delivery:

4. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

Orders may be delayed, held, or cancelled if:

Orders below AED 200 may include a standard shipping fee shown at checkout
