Smartuxe UAE Order Protection & Delivery Guidelines

At Smartuxe, we aim to provide a smooth, secure, and reliable delivery experience across the UAE. To maintain service quality and reduce fraudulent or non-serious orders, all COD and shipping orders are subject to the following policy.

By placing an order with Smartuxe, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Coverage & Fulfillment

We deliver across all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

Orders are processed through trusted third-party logistics and fulfillment partners.


2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days after confirmation

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across UAE

  • Delivery times may vary due to:

    • Courier workload

    • Product availability

    • Location or remote areas

    • Peak season demand

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is offered as a convenience option for eligible customers across UAE.

COD Conditions:

  • Customer must provide a valid UAE phone number

  • Customer must be available to receive and pay for the order

  • COD confirmation calls or messages may be required before dispatch

COD Restrictions:

Smartuxe reserves the right to:

  • Cancel COD orders that cannot be verified

  • Block COD access for customers with repeated refusal or fake orders

  • Limit COD availability for high-risk locations or high-value orders

COD Refusal & Failed Delivery:

If a COD order is:

  • Refused at delivery

  • Not answered after multiple attempts

  • Cancelled after dispatch

We may:

  • Restrict future COD access

  • Flag the customer profile for verification

  • Apply partial delivery recovery costs in repeat cases


4. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our business and genuine customers, Smartuxe uses an internal fraud prevention system.

We may perform:

  • Phone verification before dispatch

  • Order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp

  • Address validation checks

  • Risk scoring based on order behavior

Orders may be delayed, held, or cancelled if:

  • Fake or incomplete information is detected

  • Multiple failed COD attempts exist on the same number/address

  • Suspicious or high-risk ordering patterns are identified


5. Shipping Conditions & Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete address details

  • Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or failed delivery attempts

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery

  • Smartuxe is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external events


6. Failed Delivery Policy

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Refusal to accept order

  • Incomplete address

In such cases:

  • Orders may be rescheduled or returned to warehouse

  • COD customers may lose eligibility for future COD orders

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges


7. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on orders above AED 200

  • Orders below AED 200 may include a standard shipping fee shown at checkout


8. Returns & Refunds (COD Orders)

For COD orders:

  • Refunds do not apply unless pre-paid return conditions are met

  • Exchange or return eligibility follows Smartuxe Return Policy

  • Returned COD orders may be subject to additional verification
