Returns & Refunds Policy

At Smartuxe, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If your order does not meet expectations, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

  • Item is not listed under non-returnable categories

Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may be declined upon inspection.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at smartuxe@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions based on eligibility and product condition.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–7 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Smartuxe will cover return shipping costs

  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Personal care, hygiene, or cosmetic products once opened or used

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use

  • Products without original packaging or missing components

Order Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund, where applicable.
