Refund policy

At Smartuxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return:

Please contact us at smartuxe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal care products (if opened)

  • Damaged products caused by customer misuse
